Any chance you can just evaluate this post or the other post and choose the photos you want then contact those people? Just been really busy and I have submitted photos over the years and never been chosen which is fine. I just dont feel like re editing a picture to remove the watermark then putting the email etc etc together if I am not even going to get in.

 

Well, I can tell you that a side profile shot of an Apex Blue CR has never been submitted before, and if its high res, it will likely be in the calendar. The pic you linked to in this thread is really nice - good color, exposure, non-cluttered background, and room around the subject for placing it into the cal format (13x10).




Lots of great shots don't make it each year because they are similar to other great shots (ie front 1/4 view, rear 3/4 view), have bad backgrounds, are cropped too tight, or are too small. If the CR shot you posted on page 2 was emailed in and is high res, its going in.

 

Sorry if you took that the wrong way, I was not complaining about not be selected previously, as I know there are hundreds of nice cars and photos out there. I was just posing the question of wouldn't it be easier if everyone posted here and then you picked the shots you wanted and then requested those emailed to you.

I have not had a chance to email you the shot above, but I will make it a priority to do so tonight. Thank you for putting this together again.

 

 

No worries - I'm just pressed for time to get this done this year. I can get entries up in Picasa prob next week, but to be ready for Christmas presents, I want to get this done by the very beginning of December.
