Isn't DynaPack a hub dyno? Those usaully produce higher numbers than wheels dynos. Please don't compare the numbers between them.

so what kind of numbers can a ap1 achieve on those dyno? since church is such a great tunner, i'm sure somebody with a stock ap1 got their s2k tunned from him.

Job nicely done for the OP for nice NA HP gain. Could you also postthe A/F ratio graph?

Yes, a dynapack measure hub wheel horsepower. However, Shawn uses a TCF of 1.0, which takes into account vehicle weight, tire size, etc. The different between a dynapack and dynojet is roughly 9whp. It is thoroughly discussed here:

Shouldn't be any further debate. The numbers are legit.

yes to the post above...as you can see wind. Shawn Church is probably the most reputable S2k tuner in...well one of the most reputable in the world. You should also know that all dynos are different.

On this particular dyno, it compares to an average of 225whp on the average dynojet. so 25whp more then the average stock 2.0L. Notice my use of the word average...

I don't have an a/f graph print-out. But I can tell you that when tuning the WOT A/F was tuned for about 13.3-13.5

Anyway...thanks for the compliments everybody...and yes the EMS does have a great deal to do with the numbers. But at least now people can see that decent hp can be gained with just some simple bolt-ons...I'd expect an AFC equipped S with the same mods to have only slightly smaller peak numbers and not quite as much midrange either...yet still much quicker then stock for a fraction the price of the EMS.

Merry Christmas

Temperature please?

Try @ 90 degrees next time

MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE:

THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL BETWEEN A STOCK AP1 AND A STOCK AP2 ON THE DYNO. Anyone who thinks the opposite is insane. Stop the rumors and the wishful thinking. Face the facts.
