808_S2k's track build
I've always been a fan of the underdog and like trying out the parts that work rather than the ones that simply look good.
Of course if they look good doing it, then I can't complain
The goal is to stay in "street" class and see how fast I can go!!

**FIRST EVER** Track Day: 2008-07-11 Streets of Willow CW
Fastest time of the day: 1.33

** Notch #2 on the track belt** ButtonWillow 2008-08-10 Track update!!
Best time: 2:09 Best lap video
Check out my blog for more info but here are a couple pics

New bumper:
Traded my Shine bumper for an E-auto one. Not the best fitment but I'll get it fitted once I beat the crap out of it at the track

Update:

Managed a 2:07 but just wasn't my day...

Update: The car is finally back on the ground (off of jack stands). I added an APR splitter ( Speed Alliance) and the new JRZ RS Pro 2-way dampers and 255/40/17 NT01's. I just need to get my alignment done and my baby's ready for battle!! See you guys at the track on the 22nd!

Update: Finally hit the track with the new setup but it was rainy and I got sick... In fact I was so sick that I had to sit out a session because I was so nauseous and had such a bad headache .
The question everyone has been asking; "How's the splitter??" Well, even at the slow pace I was taking, I could definitely feel the difference the front splitter made. The car was planted and turn-in was awesome!
In regards to the new suspension; Even with the 20k springs, I was able to easily transition the car and the oversteer felt very predictable. I still need to play with my nitrogen pressures on the JRZ's but that will have to wait until next year...
Here are a few shots taken by myself, Jeff@FatKidPhotography, and John@JohnRemus.com:

I rolled the front and back and relocated the rear bumper bolt. The lugs are Project Kics
