if you need more room, buy the Civic. If not, keep the s.
I DD a civic and after the weekend in the "fun car" I HATE driving the Civic so much I'd like to roll it off a cliff.

 

I'd say get the Civic Type R. If i had a chance I would get it and see how fun it is and how it is in driving compared to the S. I think on the track it does kick the s2k's butt. But it's which you prefer the top down or a 4 door grocery getter, wish they had type r's in the states and if i had a family i would get one and keep the S duh!!

if youre looking for practicality id take the civic type R, they perform pretty amazingly
if it was me, itd be a tough choice. Id really have to think about it

Get the FD2. It's faster, even though it has room for 5. Oh yea, and it has a better engine
