and u told me its drop ship in the ups store. and since when it takes more than 5 days to do the shipping from KY to NJ.
You better come out and give me an answer for this. Money has been sent to you since last Friday and I still have not hear any words from you.
I will wait til Monday, if the seat is still not shipped to my warehouse, then I will file the report on you with your local police department.
I still cant believe this, after all those time..this is how you take care of business.

Dude you need to chill out. One week aint shit in terms of waiting on parts whether it be from a dealer or a private person. Try waiting 18 months for something (still hasnt gotten to my friend) then come talk to me.

I dont mean to single you out but give the guy some slack . I give a minimum of 3 weeks on parts. I dont care if its a shiftknob or Mugen hardtop. Same principle, give the guy some time. He may have other things going on that you are not aware of. Anyway just my .02 cents..
Be patient... Good things come to those that wait. I believe that too.
Thats why I pay for airfreight so I dont have to wait as long...

Sorry I don't agree with that. If you're gonna put something up for sale in the for sale forum, it better be ready to be sold unless otherwise stated. It really shouldn't take more than a week to get the item prepared, boxed, and shipped. If you don't have the time to do even that, then you definitely have time to make a phone call to let the other party know that you're busy with other obligations. Good communication leads to good customer service.

Anyways, this thread is totally heading towards a different direction. Lets see some pics of the car with the new wheels already!!!

sorry but if you actually look at reality and the way ppl are now, it isn't easy trusting ppl let alone taking someones word so you cant blame him. Don't get on his case and tlel him to not owrry cuz its his money that can be lost not urs. yea it might take time, but you have to understsand where he is coming from. we live in a society that doesn't really do good deeds no more let alone things that are right so i think you shoudl calm down, stop for a sec, and think bout where he is coming from.

well you're an american...so i'm not sure you should use the typical "american this" or typical "american that" in your statements because in actuality you're stereotyping yourself.
look i'm just suggesting to calm down. nobody likes a spoiled brat because most of the time their assholes hence "brat" after spoiled. i mean i'm not angry or anything.......i just wondered why you were so mad.
i wasn't angry or mad, i just said what ran through my head as i read his comments thats all. Also, just because i am an american due to living here does not mean my morals, beliefs, way of lie, and who i am is of an american. The location of my stay will not change the person i am nor the way i was raised and look at life. You are wrong cuz in "actuality" i am not stereoptyping myself. I am only living here, taht has NOTHIGN TO DO wiht WHO I AM let alone stereoptyping myself. i think you have the definition of stereotypiing or the usage of it wrong.

Chris, that's really ridiculous thinking. Sure if the seller tells you upfront that you have to wait. There is no reason to complain, can't argue with that. But obviously that's not the case here. He sold him seats, and the expectation is that he is going to ship them out. If he told Jay that it would take awhile, do you think Jay would be complaining? Obviously not, how about the fact that he sold something (taken payment) and could still be using the items. That sounds logical to you? We will obviously know if he took them out of the car or not since pictures will be posted from the Dragon event. If they are still in the car what happens if they get damaged? Sure he'll refund the money but is it right to Jay that he had to go through the hassle if something unforseen occurs?
