On another note, if you call his stickers rice, then I have to call you a redneck, b/c we all know only cars that put stripes down the middle are domestic (hint...SHELBY, must i list more?).

To add to the gossip, boy is getting help from this dad with the car. $$$ I could care less about magazine features or sponsors, the only sponsors I'd want is from companies at the track, Hoosier, Moton, Stoptech, etc.
well said. shows features etc mean nothing imo if you cant drive the car even for a daily driver. dont mean to burst anyones bubble, but honda made this car to be drives not look purdy. you can do both i.e. Aj Racing's cars

I thought that the topic, "Alex did it again" was referring to how he ed a beautiful S up again. The first Veilside set-up was pretty bad. This one is just as bad, if not worse. I like the Spoon fron bumper and system. Thats about it. Nothing goes well together. Rear fender flares that dont flare into the rear bumper? Gold wheels on an orange S? Black HT? I dont like any of the stuff on his car very much. The rear bumper is nice, but it doesnt flow with the sideskirts. Alex has done it again!

First off, his HT is not CF. I have seen the car in person at IAS in Atlantic City. 240sxer said it perfectly. It looks like he threw a bunch together without considering the lines. My car is different than others, but I thought about all the mods that I wanted to put on instead of just buying things sporatically and putting them together. I cant wait to have it back and being my daily driver again.

I guess I just hate the thought of a Honda S2000, which is a Drivers CAR Honda wanted a great performing roadster that you could wind out, feel the wind in your hair etc. etc. You can't feel the wind in your hair if you trailor the car to a convention center. Or park it in garage until the next car show. I'm also not a fan of a 2800lbs 615hp S2000. To me it destroys the cars performance and with the size and compound tire hes using makes the car useless.

But more than anything, I hate SpEeDxXxRaCeR theory on cars. You're going to down a guy because he drives his car (it's purpose) and races it but doesn't bring home show trophies or get magazine features. It's like comparing a spectator at a sporting event to the atheletes competing in it. This guy put money and hard work into a car he parks in a building, while Cyclon is out driving his car, racing it, and ENJOYING IT.

SpEeDxXxRaCeR you're whole view on cars is whats destroying the very enjoyment of owning a sports car.

Done Ranting, have a good day everyone.

He has a show car, what's the problem with a show car. If he has another car as a daily driver then so be it. Hey I respect anyone who has a show car that drives it, but his car is a show car and gets magazine coverages and that only. I drive my 720rwhp daily, and thrash the crap out of the car. It's got nicks and all but hell I don't win shows, I just show to support my team. The reason why I was a bit fustrated with cyclone's post, was because his view on stickers, and tow hooks about how someone may drive his car or not. He doesn't know if Alex drives his car or not. There is only talk about Alex's ride. Obviously the car had to be driven to achieve 615hp. Who is to say Alex is not enjoying his car? What if he enjoys winning at car shows? I'm sure those who race enjoy that part of the car scene too, but there is many other aspects of a car. Everyone talks as if every car should be driven like it should be as if it's their car.

I drove the shit out of my s2000 and I enjoyed it, but I respected those who showed their car or drove their car as well. I did it all, showed, auto-x, race etc. Houston crowd will know. I just don't think people can criticize a ride over the fact if it's daily driven or not.

I'm just ranting as well, I understand your views.
