I have seen pics of peoples cars where they would place some tint over the orange part of the headlight, and i really liked it. but i wanted it to look a little cleaner so i decied to actually paint the silver reflective material inside the housing. although i always thought that the rest of the lights surroundings were black, but they are in fact a dark grey. i only realized this when i painted the corner black and it didnt match.

PS dont try this at home kids... you can hardly see the signal light blink now because it is no longer reflective. whatevers
