You see those all over L.A. They also put a big ass orange sticker on the window of your car saying "don't attempt to move the vehicle" The city parking goons put them on for unpaid parking tickets,expired tags etc...

You would think she was very careful, because we watched her like hawks when she was removing them. It's one thing to watch someone park their car and leave the premises and it's another thing to ass-ume. Damn Hoochie Mama's!!
