yea i really regret not getting the wholes done

but i do live near NYC and they are big assholes about the front plate. I dont always have it one, but i like to keep the option open

also since im 19 and never been pulled over i dont wanna give them a reason. I have gotten a front plate ticket before but it was ina parking lot
