whoa car looks AMAZING!!! what seats are those? they look very smiliar to the Recaro RS-G ASM edition. Also, are u matching your door panels with the same material? wow, words can't explain how beautiful your car is.
can't wait to see done. They are Recaro SPGs. They are not ASM, they are custom upholstered. The reason I didn't entertain the ASM Recaros is because I wanted to match the door panels and other parts, so I ended up just doing a custom upholstery on the whole thing...

I just don't get it...yes he has very high quality expensive jdm parts on his car, but his car looks stock pretty much. Painted cf looks just like painted metal. So why is this car soooooo much nicer than say, a white ap2 with an amuse bumper and bronze ce28s? It's nice, yes, but the nicest car on the board? If you didn't know everything was amuse would you still say that?
This is what differentiates a car that you see on the street that has all these really cool parts, etc and you think, "wow thats a cool car"; to one that doesn't jump out at you immediately, but there's just something about it, you don't know what exactly... It just exudes this presence, that just makes you go crazy. Its not any particular piece, its just that car, is just so... you don't know... But its got tons more personality than that car with all the cool parts...
With that said however, it takes a certain type of person with a more sensitive "eye" to discern those differences. But thats whats cool about this whole thing, different strokes for different folks...
You might think they're "just" bronze CE28ns... But I can guarantee you that if you see the car in the flesh, they won't "look" like normal bronze CE28ns... They're offset; their width; their center caps; their tires, etc. All these elements combine to give a substancially different feel to the car. Yes, to the layman, they will look the same, but to the connoseur....

I've had the parts for a year!!!
And I've just been waiting this long to have my friend paint my baby!!!! After you've waited that long, whats a few more months.. Some people have asked me why I didn't get the J's wide fenders etc. Well, back then they were probably just a concept at J's Racing, who knows...
