The rears require extensive modifications such as moving the bolt that holds the bumper at the corners further back so it won't hit the tires, not to mention rolled, really thin lips. Also trimming of the bumper plastic where the bolt is required.
Any camber?

Hmm, never heard of that problem. I've taken the console off and put it back on many times and have never had a rattling problem. It just snaps on and off. Perhaps you mean the spring loaded tab that comes up to hold a water bottle for example. I could see that flopping around if you don't install it correctly, but thats the only piece I can think of that could make noise?
I meant the secret compartment & glovebox area, not the center console. I agree the center console is easy to remove. Did you even have to remove the secret compartment box to install the whole length of the center console cover? Most aftermarket covers only go as far back as the center console plastic pad.

Oops ok my bad. Yes, you do need to remove the glove box/secret compartment piece when installing on MY04 onward. The console cover actually extends all the way to the back of the seat, so there's no way of installing it without removing the glove box. You have to cut/remove the secret compartment off anyway when installing the Mugen rollbar or cage with the cover kit.

Never had any rattling problems.

Awesome car, is the side intrusion bar enough to keep you safe in the event of a crash with the cf doors?
