Everything in Japan is expensive. Same if not more than the U.S. To get to Chiba from Yokohama we took the Aqualine which is a underground tunnel that goes beneathe the river. Many have seen JDM videos of cars trying to get their cars to top speed in this very same tunnel. To get there on one side cost 30 bucks and 60 round trip. Lil expensive if your certain that you want to push it.
