Guys, I went to get the lip installed today, and it wont fit. Its the Amuse look alike lip. Im soo pissed. Anybody have problems like this before?

 

your bodyshop can make it fit.
mine did.
maybe you should take your car somewhere else.
my guy does alot of fiberglass work
did they take off the bumper?
that helps alot
it'll be too tight to fit on with the bumper on.

 

no, he didnt try taking off the bumper, but the kit itself, where it raps around the side of the bumper, is too small on one side, and too big on the other side. Its like the mold was not centered when it was made. Im pissed.

 

which copy did you get?

 

you know, im not even sure. I bought it from someone off this board. I didnt know there was more then one copy. There is nothing on the lip to adjust it. If that helps any? Does the real Amuse lip have something to adjust it?
