This is from the Prologue game. It's not the full GT5.

The game is currently only available in Japanese translation right now, soon an English version will be out- European release and then a US release.

I've got the Japanese version and the interior cockpit views make driving each car in the game a new experience. The gauges work like in real life cars and it really immerses you into the driving experience.
High Definition with HDMI is sweet!
