Another Moonrock wants to come in.. ;)

Hello there folks.
About a month ago I started my first topic as I was on my way to buy my S2K,and now I'm ready to load it up; and show what it's like.
Infact it's a car that you may already be familiar with from the forum.. It was modded well,and had a J's Racing body,but after stripped off and I brought it as stock.It's a 2008 Moonrock S2K with only 9700 miles on the clock.
Mugen spoiler, Skunk2 shift knob, Mugen oil tank lid, some samco hoses, alcantra steering wheel, Stoptech disks and unknown brand carbon exhaust diffusors are left on the car..

The first day I saw it in its red dress... Lady in red
I think of removing the Mugen spoiler and replace it with the spoiler that you will see below.. I do not not what brand they are,so I need some names
Secondly; should I replace it or not? What would you guys say?
Thirdly and finally
is AEM V2 intake any good?
