I thought most Japanese companies use Enkei for their OEM wheels. Rotas are manufactured in the Philippines IIRC

Rofl, no matter what people say, the stereotype on Rotas will never disappear. I'm a Rota hater not because of its shitty quality. I know most of them will have no problem and many use it for tracking/autoXing wheels. I dislike them cuz they can't come up with original look and copy too much.

The only reasons people actually get all pissy about hating Rota's is.
A they are pissed cause the copy wheel designs
B they are pissed that they spent 2-3k on wheels and someone else spent $500 and have identical wheels.
C They will just say they suck no matter what anyone else says and continue to refer to the one or two pics that have been posted non stop on all car forums showing a single broken wheel.
Almost everyone who has had them aknowledge that they are good quality wheels.
