Yes, If those seats are VtecVoodoo's which are identicle they are Katzkin. The price, I'm not sure of...

 

Those are the Katzkin seat covers. I saw those when looking into getting covers for mine. Go to http://katzkin.com/SITE/HTML/index.html, click on the "Find your Interior" button and you can see the pattern. I spoke to a local dealer here in SD and apparently it DOES include the door panel insets. Cost I was quoted...$725 installed.
