My bumper just sits on top of the splitter. I spaced the spillter just right so it has no gap. I put about 4 screw into the bottom of the bumper to keep it from moving around.

i thought steel splitters are bad for the track because when you go offroad, it cuts and grabs the dirt and could possibly flip your car? I'm not sure about this. I could be wrong and probably am

It's likely that you missed your chance to purchase from the OP. This thread is quite old. I know he has since sold the car and probably doesn't visit the forums anymore.

^ it should have been mass produced with options for actual spliter cf/wood/aluminum/frp etc.
