ARC intake and exhaust= 300WHP.....I thought everyone knew that.
I had every single ARC part manufactured for the s2k at one point and my car wasn't a track handling monster.

OP has only been here a month.
He'll learn what it takes to make a 260-300hp NA beast.
Does ARC make ANY suspension parts? Cuz that's where I'd start. Or maybe just a track day or 10 in stock form (as-is form).

Proven: Even with the Gold Heat wrap tape, the intake still produces more heat soak than the oem air box. This test was done on my friends intake on both the S2000 & My old DC5. ARC is a name that is dead, and was rebought. Dont do it man, My friend has a full ARC Catalog EVO.
ARC Made him custom 1-off parts. He regrets it because its a waste of money.
If you want performance: Find out what is your true execution with the car. What do you want the car to do for you. And, follow that build. A "WoW" s2000 with ARC parts is non-existant. It seems like you came up on some cheap ARC parts, and want to head into that direction.
