your top doesnt go down because of the worn out elastic straps, you can tell because the bar in the center of the top is sticking up while the top is down. i have the same problem. just lift the top a few inches and push that bar in and it will sit proper.

as for the wheels they look great from what i can see... in for sunlight pics to see the true color.

Yeah I can pull on them (straps) and they aren't very tight... but for a 10 year old top it's expected. Looking to get the top swapped with AP2 with glass for a darker/newer look to the car...


Also will get pics at some point in the sun... when we get some here

 

^Yeah, I've actually had this same top problem with both my S's , a 2000 and an 06. It's not really a big deal though, it's pretty easy to push that bar
