I recently purchased a Mugen front lip for an ap2 and decided to create custom diffusers and mounting plates to fit it to my ap1 front bumper (before you say why didnt you just buy an ap2 bumper, i like the ap1 look more) i like the contrast of the black against the sebring, but im wondering if i should paint it sebring. has anybody else done such a thing (ap1 lip on ap2) with this or any other lip, and does it look better paint matched in your opinion(lip spoilers in general)?

I like it, and I like you did something different. I think the offset of it would be nice if you had something else to go with it. If that is the only thing that is not the same then I would say yes, go ahead and paint it. But if you decided to match it with say something on the sides and a hard top, then I think it would look nice.

And I also like the look of the AP1 bumper better, I dont know why tho. ha

That looks cool!!, ppl prolly say it looks like crap cuz its not painted? oh, and a drop would make it look better IMO

 

i just purchased a seibon carbon rear wing (basically mugen ss style) i think they will compliment each other well.

 

and a drop, hard top, and carbon fiber side diffusers are on the way (this pic is 2 months old)

 

I think that lip is ugly no matter what car it's on but it does look better on the ap1 bumper.
