Awww i see so does the clear paint sort of act as a protectant i have seen people who have got stone cips on their hoods and it looks like the surface blisters pretty bad. Does this help prevent that.

 

No not really its more for the custom paint look,... plus on Suzuka blue I really don't like the black carbon fiber look... with the clear paint I can show the judge I have a CF hood and mirrors and whatever else but it doesn't look like anything anyone has done before... at least around here (NE)
