this part is not as simple as some of you might think.. the heatshield bents and fits the area in 3 dimensions... it is not just a piece of flat metal.. it extends down to where the factory heatshield covers. i will post better pictures of it on monday.

 

like I said I do sheet metal and have machine to bend material ...the pressbrake we have is not cheap they go for 50,000 and that a used one....we can bend it anyway you like any angle and also have close tolerance on all dimension.....
