It doesn't fit US plates so I doubt any vendors in the US would stock this piece.
Not everyone is willing or even capable of drilling additional holes in their license plate. I see guys driving around with JDM bumpers and zip ties all the time because if this.
If anything this would be a special order item like the BYS license plate holder that BP can order for you.

i had something like that on my jdm front teg, i had to drill my stock lic plate to make it fit haha. =/
