you can get leather from almost anywhere, but alcantara is only made by 1 company in Italy.

How do you lock/unlock the doors from inside the car?
I'd hope that the car isn't unlocked all the time.
I'd be very interested in something like this...I don't need baller dry cf though, I'd be just as happy with it being a thin aluminum panel. I would wrinkle coat it black to make it look clean.
Care to share the template so that I could have it made locally?
