BOTH! lol... pulling the bumper apart is easy. The part that is pita and tedious is baking the headlights. You have to bake it to a good temperature so you can pull it apart. Then putting it together is all sorts of crazyness too.

hahaha... If I had another s2000 with a second car as a DD I would pull the lights out and send it to Rick.
