No offense to the OP, I used to build Tamiya 1/24 F1 models back in my HS days. I was nowhere near the skill level of you & your friend, but I was starting to customize them with detail using laser etched parts and my own materials too.
A few years ago when I moved, I though I packed them well enough, but I was wrong. The moving guys decimated even single one of those f'ers. I almost cried because I know that I will be back at a point in my life where I will have the time to do that again.
Take same pics of your S model with your camera in Macro mode.
