Knocking your opponent through the glass with a legal check is exactly what you are supposed to do.
The kid that got smashed should have looked back when he was sprinting towards the puck. If he did, he would have seen the other guy coming behind him, and he could have skated through- instead of stopping right in front of the boards.
I can almost guarantee you that he won't make that same mistake again!

It's good to see the kid was OK, but them's the breaks when you don't check your back. That was a fantastick check by the other team!

The only thing more amazing than the hit is that it was clean and the guy getting owned actually knew how to protect his body as he got crushed. I would hear footsteps in my sleep after that hit.
