They may have "mad skillz" but playing in traffic or doing burnouts in a crowd of people, is just playing with fate. One screw up and you've screwed it all up, most likely taking someone else out in the process. Closed or empty road, parking lots, tracks, I'm all for it. A busy or crowded area, is no place to show off your "skills" to innocent passer bys. It's just plain stupid.
