yeah it's tire shine..the only thing that is painted on my car is the exhaust and the center cap. My wheels are powdercoated

Those are the HardTopGuy's black chrome emblems...i painted the exhaust with Dupli-color gloss black spray paint. I'll take better pictures soon

You have to have a lot of patience, take your time. Make sure you have a blow dryer to heat it up so you can stretch it if you have to. If i were to do it again i would take it to a tint shop and have them do it ..it's a pain to get the bubbles out
