Ouch! Too bad you didn't have an air horn on your stook, but if there was room for you to slide in there, he should have been checking to see if someone was there. Maybe he was and just didn't see you--or at least that's the excuse he'll probably use. And you get a ticket! That's adding insult to injury!

Calc,
I do have air horns in the car.....I don't think he heard them due to his truck was so loud....in retrospect, I think he had a diesel because his truck was sure loud.

Urmil must be out agonizing over his recent S2000 travails, so I'll answer.
The sidemarkers are stock. All he did was take some black spray paint that it made for plastic and shot some into the light housing. Then swirled it around and coated the entire surface inside...
Looks good in person, especially on a black car...on another color? I don't think it would worl so well...
xviper, I'm sure that the picture was taken before the whole area was cleaned...that's why you can still see the S2000 in the paint. It could use a good waxing/polishing, etc...and it shouldn't be there at all..

Do the side markers work after doing the paint thing, or is it a lost cause at that point? And, do they look as good in person as they do in the pics, or can you tell that they're covered in paint?
Thanks!
Thanks!
