Do city streets with skyscrapers with motion blur rather than clouds.

Also what is the camera distortion/lense effect you used called? I've seen it used before - would be nice to have a name.

I think it would've been a bit weird to do a motion blur with no driver. Canon 20D using a Sigma 12-24mm lens.
