Thanks for the comments everyone. I am definitely considering removing the windshield tape. I think it will look better when the top is up with no tape...the question is top down. I've got some pics from this forum of Suzukas with no tape, I'm debating whether or not I'm going to do it.

I paid the full price of $995, added on to the purchase price of my car, but I got installation for free. The dealer said it was a 14 hour job, although I find that hard to believe, they had my car for two days (they paid for a rental loaner).

Wanabe...I am going to answer that very question. I ordered another boot, a refurbished one from H & A. Although they say its refurbished, it looks brand new to me, so for $125 its an awesome deal. I have blue vinyl dye on order from a hot rod restoration company, that's another project I'm going to tackle in April. I'll have pictures of blue boot and black boot for comparison.

I'm having a really tough time deciding on whether to do this or not. I do like how it looks, but it does look sportier with the black top...What do you guys think? (Yes I have a blue interior.)

Normal...

I'm pretty sure it'll be the only one in North America!

For that reason alone, I think I'll have to do it.
