It started to rain - alot, for a couple hours so the tape was peeling:

Guess I got some crappy tape? If it had not rained at all, it would have held up very well. But after a few minutes of rain, it was pretty much destroyed.
No, I can see what happened from the pics. When you laid the tape, you put the leading edge against the wind. In other words, the rain was getting under the edge of the tape (with help from the wind). Lay the tape with all the trailing edges toward the windscreen. Hope you get what I mean.

More extreme?

Like the wheels? Windows? Just turning a roll of blue tape into a car?

Here's mine from a recent trip to the Dragon, 600 "almost track" miles later (we drive a lot in three days- I don't think I got over 175 miles on a tank while we were there)

I had just gotten the front end repainted the week before and was running pretty close to my buddies, so I didn't want to get any chips in the new paint before I get it clear bra'ed

Caught a few bugs, nothing super super bad though. I could see some impressions where rocks had it it though

More Spoon/Mugen for me in 2 weeks! I found a blue tree where the wild things live! I chopped it down with my Honda Saw!
