I wonder what the hp would be beacuse the 335 is 300 hp and the M3 is 400HP. Where do u put it. One of their cars sales will be affected.

I don't think there will be a M version of the 1 series. You can get a 135i with M sport package though.

You're so wrong man. It was suppose to be unveiled at Geneva but got pushed back. BMW might release a teaser though. I'm guessing pricing to be in the mid 40's.

BMW's //M boss said the car was in development several months ago. Sales expected in the first quarter of 2011.

The current M3 coupe starts at 58k. I dont see why there isn't room. Dont be surprised to see the M3 get a slight power bump.

i don't think i could cough up mid 40's (realistically high 40's w/ any options knowing BMW) for that. it'd really have to impress me power wise, any speculation on the power? i haven't been keeping up with it.

i'd take a 335i if i were coughing up mid 40's

It should keep up with a stock M3. And if it doesn't its only a reflash away from finishing the job.
