Plus you sit at the same height than before no ?!
There are Recaro's out which are smaller

i used to own a set of Sportlines b 4...
i have had 3 different sets of Recaros... and 1 bride
the bride wins hands down for me personally!!!!
but it all depends on what feels better for you when your driving thats what counts!

the bride seat is bucket and its leather...so you will eventually have 2 problems...
first you will have difficulty getting in and out of the car since its bucket seat.(and of course its not for daily driven, its for race tracks..yes?)
second of all its leather, and leather wrinkles ...and that is one thing i hate most, they give your car a bad image....
the recaro on the other hand, is reclining seat, and its suede materials ...or should i call it ...fabric material....in this case i dont think you have any disadvantage at all...
you will have a more comfotable ride...as it is reclining and you will not have the wrinkles problem...
well thats my opinion.....
i think if you want to use the car often (daily use) i think you should get the recaro...
but if you still insist of using bride..i suggest you get the ergo 2...it is nice looking piece of seat...
i myself like bride better....
but not bucket seats...
cheers

Are you sure about this?
Why do Audi, BMW and Honda Type-R Recaros have Recaro logo printed on theres?
It's the same story as European EP3 Civic Type-R owners thinking their seats are made by Recaro. Same goes for RSX Type-S owners.
