Default Bronze AP1 Rims

Last week I painted my AP1 rims bronze. Applied the clear coat on it afterwards... I also put the center cap on it because I think they flow well with the lugnuts.

I thought the bronze would be darker. I was about to do this color to my spare rims. Any side Pics?

Toober: Thank you!

Ddess: I did notice that they were darker before I applied the clear coat.

I haven't seen them on a sunny day either so I think im in for a suprise.

Spray can color or had them taken to a professional?

If Spray can, which one?

iDomB8U: Did the job myself (I had a good experience with duplicolor in the past)

http://www.duplicolor.com/products/wheel.html

3 Coats of bronze
3 Coats of clear

The paint is available everywhere even wall mart. It's not a hard job and you can't really mess it up...

Wow, that looks really good! Just watch out for those "painting OEM wheels = rice" kinda guys.
