I believe it's speed limited to 81mph with the top on.

 

I was thinking the same thing. Probably wouldn't want to be hanging on to the handle above that speed.

you would think the people that can afford a bugatti veyron wouldnt be very exited about there car coming with an umbrella.. and rather have the hard top.... "OH REALLY... YOU MEAN I DONT HAVE TO BUY AN UMBRELLA NOW" ahahahh awful idea

 

I think the idea is that if your driving around with the roof off, that the umbrella will be there to save you if it starts raining.
