Default Bumper and Side skirts

Finally took pics of my new bumper painted and installed. I also test fitted my Comptech side skirts prior to paint. Bumper fit well and the skirts fit good as well. I am going to prep these skirts and get them painted in 2-3 weeks. The second link has about 80 pics from the World of Wheels in Birmingham, Al.

Nice, I have those skirts and they flow really well.

Just my .02 cents worth, but you need to get rid of that wing on the back............just doesnt go with your setup. The rims give the impression of a classy sports car, and then you see that monstrous thing on the back. Take the money from that thing and drop that puppy!

I have been thinking about loosing the wing. I am not sure about lowering it though. I have lowered previous cars and I did not like the ride and I hit every bump in the road with my front end

Ya, the wing just doesnt go well...............as for lowering it, you dont have to lower it much. Go with some springs that only drop it 1/2-3/4 inch........or go with coilovers.......I highly recommend the Tein Flex.........I had Buddyclub N+'s and I just switched them out.......difference is night and day, the Tein ride much better.

But if you dont like the ride when its lowered, thats your deal, its your car, dont let anyone talk you into it.

do you need a camber kit once you lower it? i burnt up numerous tires even with one on a previous car.

The camber on the S is adjustable. You shouldnt need a kit unless you put it in the dirt.

i looked back at the pics, and my car is not really that high. I snapped these with my wifes camera. Not sure if the angle a took makes it appear higher. I do have 18's but i use a tire that would equal the hieght of the factory wheel and tire. As for the wing, is the trunk aluminum? Can I weld up the holes?
