sadly more than 80% of cf hood on this board are fakes.

and there's no fake c-west hood offered on the market yet.

Woo hoo, I am part of the 20%! I would like this hood too, but price is a big part of why I don't have it.

They have this hood in stock at Motorex out of California. They told me $2600 last year.

Probably 99% of the fakes are made in America. I'd rather support American companies than foreign ones. If I lived in Japan, I'd support Japanese companies.

There are only a handfull of American companies that are even allowed to sell JDM parts. So the wealth isn't being spread very broad with authentic parts. And with so few companies selling these authentic parts, they can price as they wish. Me don't like that.

Fake is good. Unless you are the type of person that wears those gay designer shirts that have the name plastered all over it.
