Default Can I borrow somebody's buffer?

This happened saturday night. I was leaving my friends house in the middle of nowhere Lebanon Tennessee, he's got about a 3/4 mile long driveway. I was going out the driveway, it was a little damp and couldn't make the turn onto the road, so the car went straight over the road into a ditch, only to be welcomed by a metal fence, and a small cedar tree. This is the first wreck i've ever had, it's pretty scary.

Do you think insurance will total it out? It's an '03 with 41K miles. Id say there is a little more than $10,000 dollars damage and if thats the case, i'm sure they wont total it. What do yall think? Its hard to tell from pictures, it actually looks worse in person.

My friend and I both walked away from the wreck completely uninjured except for a couple of bruises.

Personally I doubt theyll total it, but Im no expert. Although it looks to me that you were going alittle more than just "a little fast"...

looks totaled to me. my car had hurricane damage that was nothing more than a broken windshield some scratches on the body. and a hole in one of the seats and soft top. It came out to $9900 dollars after everything was done. Not one dent though and that much money.

Damn, that sucks. I was just about to say that the car looked clean, but now I want to ask you where you got your custom front and rear from? J/K... i'm glad to see that you are OK though, the car can be replaced.

I hope they total it for your sake, IMO cars are never the same once they have had front end damage like that. I'm still a lil confused as to what happen though.
