Can someone please repost the knob comparison pic
i have an 01 shifter and drove a friends 03 s2k with the newer shifter and it felt waaaaaaaaaay nicer, my hand slides off of mine sometimes lol. which one do you guys reccomend that's pretty affordable? i don't wanna spent $50+ on a small ball of metal.
ive got the:
T1r Bmax/T1r Bmax II/ ARC ti/ Alex Eggo/ J's blue/ oem Ti/ Oem regular/
and out of all of those, i ride around w/ the Bmax II
selling the Bmax 182 for 109$ in the FS section, also ;-)
but yeah..
the Bmax=too low for me,
ARC ti, same as bmax 3mm higher tho
Eggo=too high
J's blue, im afraid to use cause blue comes off w/ use on all these ti and its just gorgeous
oem ti=sexy i scratched it tho w/ ring :-(
oem reg= ughhh dont even get me started, leather is a plus tho
the bmaxII is only 100$ or so, VERY light, precise feel, perfect height, but mines not blue anymore. its chrome..

I used OEM titanium, then Mugen, now T1r 182.
Liked the OEM. Mugen was nicer, a weird shape but felt nice and heavy/solid. It was pretty high and big.
I have the 182 now and love it. Love the low setting, the heaviness, and the look. It's not smooth like the Js. It is small, but feels nice.
I also felt the B-Max on Dickson's car (DC AP1). It was a nice feel. Liked the shape/size a lot, maybe more than mine. But it had a shiney surface I can see scratching, and I hate lightweight knobs. To each their own.
*We just put the knob on his car for me to decide. He has an NSX-R knob which is like the T1R 182 but bigger. That's a nice piece, too!
