CF "H" badges are available. Usually on eBAY. Not sure about the size for the S2K though.

Matt, I can beat you there - I used to work with her (sort-of) and met her several times when she worked at Chase Manhattan. At one point she was at work and on page 3 of the Sun the same morning !
