CE28..RT
Rigid Tune (RT) editions generally add things to make them as "for the track" as possible. Stuff like diamond-cut rim flange, anti-slip bead, machined logo (instead of decals), and 5-7% "stiffer" barrel, all while actually being lighter than the originals.
The TE37 RT for example is just as light as the SL (400 grams lighter than the 18x10.5 "vanilla" TE37), while being slightly stronger than the SL version.

Any new Volk finish is a big deal cuz it's...new.
The RT has a new manufacturing process that Ray's claims makes the wheel lighter, but stronger than previous models. IT also has the Laser Etched "Volk Racing" label to give you the extra tingly that comes with owning the real deal.
Additionally, if I'm not mistaken, all available specs for the RT are concave face (at least for the TE's)
EDIT: Ninja'd.

The red is a bit loud (it's not maroon, more of a normal red (just like the TE version).
Found another pic online:
I prefer the color scheme on the te37s design. The red works better on less spokes I think. It's gonna be a little bit before extra rigidity with a 400 gram weight savings is enough of a factor for me to actually consider these. I'd rather have the te37sl black editions
