Considering that the faux diffuser that's in between the exhaust outlets is part of the bumper, I don't know how it'd be possible to recreate that in CF. I'll ask though.

What would you think about a full CF replacement for the gas door - to the hinges?

 

Does anybody have this yet? How's the fit (gaps, install, holes lineup for oem front bumper, etc) & the finish/quality (cf weave, quality of clearcoat if any, etc).
