CF is only good as an accent IMO. Too much starts to look too plasticky. Even the real stuff.

But if you're way into CF that's cool -- it does look real from the pics.

Personally I like the matte finish CF that you'll see on some mountain/road bicycle parts

That isn't even the center console! That piece goes UNDER the center console. The center console in the pic is OEM stock.

The piece in the photos is made by Mastergrade, or it's a copy of the Mastergrade piece.

I don't want a real CF center console. I want a full, matching CF interior. Until it's available, I'll stick with what I've got.

If you want a real CF center console, you can get a Backyard Special model through Bulletproof Automotive. It doesn't have all of the pieces done, like mine, and the design isn't quite OEM-looking, but it is real CF.

It's very easy to install.

I paid $195 + $20 shipping for a damaged one.

Used '04 -'05 center consoles are going for $275 - $325, because the demand is high. I think a new one is around $450+.

Type in S2000 center console to find it on ebay.
