Default Chaser +10mm fender pics

I need new fenders because someone hit my passenger side fender and the paint on my driver side one is f'ed up. I was thinking of getting some wide fenders, and just can't justify spending almost $2500 on ASM fenders after paint. I saw a pic of these Chaser fenders, and was wondering if anyone has them on their car? Any pics to show fitment? How was the quality of the fender?

Thanks guys...

btw these are the ones im talking about:

I would also like to know how the plastic fender liner/splash guard fits up to these? I have my fusebox relocated to inside the fender area, and the splash guard is pretty necessary right there. Worst case I could fab something up if the OEM one doesn't work, but it's just another thing to consider.

IMO, i would go with the seibon cf ($800) or maybe even the vis ($600ish i think). the fitment is going to be guaranteed to be spot on or almost.

although you can save a couple hundred dollars by getting those. if you do, please let us know how the fitment is. i have a double sided cf top ordered from chaser right now. so im not saying they are terrible. just dont know about their fitment.... thats all.

i don't really want the CF ones because it would be ugly as hell unpainted against my Sebring Silver body. and painted CF usually doesn't look that good (most of the time it's wavy)

i think seibon used to make a FRP ASM replica, but i can't seem to find it anymore?

you can paint cf and it will look fine... however, most people are just scuffing it and painting it without any kind of primer.

a few coats of primer and sanding will make cf look great painted.

For the most part these cheap cheap reps usually fit like crap, but chaser seems to be behind there product, pretty sure they even offer money back if you send them pictures after install... cant see why they would do that if they fit like crap lol. But who knows

yeah for a good bodyshop to do "a few coats" of primer (most likely 2k primer) and paint will be about 800-1000. not really looking to spend that much, when i could just buy a mint oem sebring fender for a couple hundred.

i was looking at buying wide fenders only because i needed both to be painted anyway. i figure why not go for the wide ones so i can fit a wider tire on my 8.5" wheels. wasn't looking to spend a ton on prep work and paint along with the new fenders.
