No, they are not staggered
No, they may not be the "ideal" fit

But hey, when you're on a budget, they work! 18x7.5 +45 all around, 225 up front, 235 rear (woulda liked to go 215 up front, oh well).. rubbing is minimal, but I haven't driven too hard ever since I got a bike... they rub occassionally, but it's very liveable.
