What I like best is the backwards HKS sticker. It's so fast, the sticker flipped on him. Oh, and check out the Dick Cepek sticker near the "exhaust", flame thrower, jet pack, rain gutter...whatever the hell that thing is.

i've seen riced up cars (middle east style accord that look like vaccum cleaner just a "little" bit lower) but this demands respect....for the stickers, for the quattro flame trowers (header to mufler pipes?!?!?)and for all the time that someone has put in it. i think they went 13" just for the bling bling effect, otherwise they would go with mad 9" to increase the "rim to sticker" ratio. 
and one more thing...you dont need to put a test pipe on this car, the dirty china-guys will not come across a cat in the next 100 years BIG 
for China regarding polution...and yes, even a bigger for the states as well..
