I love what all of you have done with these cars! Absolutely no expense spared in these builds. You guys are the reason I'm consistently broke, and I love every minute of it. After summer (if everything goes right) I'll be joining this thread.
Much respect to all of the hard work that all of you have put in to your cars.

Post the pics if you have them!
Gladly. If you ignore the vinyl/graphics/shameless sponsorship whoring this is actually quite some car.

The paint really doesn't flatter the car which is a real shame, but it's the colour that's significant.

Painted, get this, top secret gold. If you don't know why that's special you need to go off and do your reading.

This, is one hell of an s2k.. i'd buy the exhaust if it wasn't preposterously priced!

This is genuinely laced with quality parts - and to pot, it's genuinely built for Ben, using only the finest parts.. and it's actually driven.

Respect.

...So with all that money you put in your car to go fast you went cheap with one of the most important things you need, which is traction! If you were so caught up in going fast maybe you should have bought a custom wheel so you could put a 10.5" wide wheel on your car to get maximum traction to go fast.
I love this forum. I learn something NEW everyday.

1-You have to have JDM RIMS to put quality tires on.

2- Only JDM wheels come in 10.5" size's..

Great to know...

As you imply correctly with the eye-rolling, glad people recognise that good products aren't only made in JPN.

Not only that, but there are parts made on one-another's home-soil that can exceed the price of JDM parts (and we're talking inclusive of import tax and delivery).. which are superb quality but not recognised because they're not JDM.

Great support imo for any quality tailor-made product for the purpose.

If it's made in China, developed & designed in America & shipped and fitted to my UK S2K - Which is a JDM s2k - isn't that just a big ol mess

Bring on the quality, dump the 'tude.

We're here because we love good gear. Let's keep it simple.

If you were stating that you don't want to do the JDM thing, but you do want to go fast answer me this.... Why would you buy a replica of a JDM wheel? So with all that money you put in your car to go fast you went cheap with one of the most important things you need, which is traction! If you were so caught up in going fast maybe you should have bought a custom wheel so you could put a 10.5" wide wheel on your car to get maximum traction to go fast.
I bought the wheels I liked for the $$ I set aside, I don't know whats a replica jdm wheel or whats not..I could care less.

Besides, those aren't the wheels/tires that will be on it when it sees the track.

255 in the rears are fine for the street when you have boost per gear.
